Ray is a native Californian and grew up in the central Sierra Nevada mountains. Following his conversion in 1996, he soon married Liz, and they have five children and four grandchildren (currently!). In 2017, Ray was ordained as a Ruling Elder. Ray is the Christian Education Coordinator.
