Lessons & Carols

Join us at 6:30 PM on December 19th for our annual presentation of Lessons and Carols! This is a tradition of reading the biblical narrative of Jesus’ birth and congregational singing of Christmas Carols. From beginning to end, the purpose of Jesus’ first advent is told through both scripture and song. The service lasts about an hour and is always a warm and worshipful time of final preparation for Christmas morning.  Bring your family and friends!

Evangelism Opportunity

Join us at the church at 9:00 AM. We typically begin with some sidewalk counseling at Planned Parenthood before heading somewhere to pass out tracts and evangelize. See Matt Balocca for more details.

Church Breakfast

Join us for breakfast on Saturday, December 11th at 9:00 AM. The men of the church will be cooking for the women and children!

Church Work Day

Join us on Saturday (11/13) in order to wrap up several projects at the church. All skill levels are welcome to attend. We will have something for everyone to do!

Summer Family Series

Everyone is invited to join us in the Fellowship Hall for a joint Sunday School series throughout the summer at 9:00 AM. Ben Wanamaker will begin teaching for several weeks on the book of Daniel.

White Water Rafting Trip

Reserve your spot for Saturday, June 12th for $119 (the cost includes a wetsuit and lunch). Arrive at Kings River Expedition at 7:30 AM. There will also be a group camping on Friday, June 11th. Contact Russell if you are interested in camping or have any questions.

Home Fellowship Groups

Home Fellowship Groups gather in homes to discuss that week’s sermon. Each group discusses the sermon passage (and other related texts) and its application to our lives. We are also committed to spending time in prayer for one another each week.  An encouraging quote I came across as we were preparing to implement HFGs is from Thomas White (1672), “It is better to hear one sermon only and meditate upon that, than to hear two sermons and meditate upon neither.”…
